Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Get on Board Day (GOBD). GOBD is a major involvement tradition held at The University of Alabama each fall and spring. It serves as a springboard for any student who wishes to get more actively engaged with campus by connecting our students to hundreds of organizations, community vendors, and departments housed on the UA campus. Each fall, community vendors and non-profits are given an opportunity to participate in GOBD to enrich the experience for our students and promote your services. Vendor rates are included below.

Vendor Registration Instructions

  1. Visit SL Tickets
  2. If you are a new registrant, In the upper right corner, you will see a “Login/Register” Button. Select the “General Public” link and create a new profile.  If returning from a previous year, select sign-in.
  3. Enter an email account.
  4. Verify your e-mail and complete your customer Information.
  5. Click on Fall Get On Board Day 2022 – Vendor Registration and select the “Get Tickets” button.
  6. Review the event info provided on the page, select your vendor package type and then add to cart.
  7. Review the order summary and proceed to Checkout.
  8. There will be supplemental questions for each registration. Complete the supplemental questions and click continue.
  9. On the Checkout page, review your cart and proceed as instructed for payment. All credit/debit card payments can be done directly online.

* Non-profits are eligible to receive a 25% discount on any standard vendor package. Please email uainvolvement@ua.edu for non-profit registration instructions.
* Tables provided are 6 feet by 3 feet. Set-up is included in registration fee. Some packages come with tents.  You may add an additional tent or request a tent for a package where it is not included for a fee of $150 per tent.
** If you plan to provide your own tent, it must be no larger than 10 ft. X 10 ft
*** Registrations after the priority deadline of July 31st for vendors are not guaranteed advertising inclusion and perks.
